Hi @everyone, sharing a product announcement 
We have a packed roadmap for the next 6 months. Here’s a very quick look:
- Modular and Reusable Agent Content Management System (CMS)
- AI-Native Response, Listen and Logic steps
- Powerful new Function step
- Bring Your Own LLM Model
- Improved and integrated API Library: Dialog Management, Transcripts, Analytics & Knowledge Base
- Customizable Web Chat UIKit
As an important step towards this flexible and efficient agent-building workflow, we’ll be consolidating all project types into voice and chat project types on Wednesday, November 8. This change will not affect any existing projects, only net new projects.
What does this mean?
- All net new projects will be standardized on the Voiceflow NLU. Teams can still export to various NLU formats and existing NLU projects will not be impacted.
- Existing channel integrations (e.g. Alexa, WhatsApp, Twilio SMS and Microsoft Teams) will not be supported for net new projects. All existing channel integrations will be possible (and more powerful) via our Dialog API or Webchat integration.
- Any existing projects will not be affected by this change.
- Legacy projects will still be supported, and you will have the option to export them. Importing them into the new unified project type will not be possible.
- The functionality to duplicate and clone projects will still be available, allowing you to easily replicate your existing projects.
