Looking ahead, for customers using this WhatsApp integration, we recommend instead utilizing our Dialog API or a community-built integration to launch to WhatsApp. You can find more information and our advanced integration documentation here.
- Twilio SMS: The existing Twilio SMS project types will still be published and remain functional. Looking ahead, for customers using the existing Twilio SMS integration, we recommend instead utilizing our Dialog API.
- Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Teams projects will experience a break in functionality. We recommend utilizing our Dialog API to integrate.
