Friday Updates!
1. Improvements to webchat (now supports multi-line responses)
2. Improvements to KB (should reduce issue where ###QUERY is included with response)
3. BIG upcoming release for a new Intent & Entity view which will make it easier to manage larger NLU models
4. There is going to be some upcoming downtime for the creator tool on Dec 19th at 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM EST (this will not impact any live assistants, just the design tool).
