Friday Updates!
1. Improvements to webchat (now supports multi-line responses)
2. Improvements to KB (should reduce issue where ###QUERY is included with response)
3. BIG upcoming release for a new Intent & Entity view which will make it easier to manage larger NLU models
4. There is going to be some upcoming downtime for the creator tool on Dec 19th at 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM EST (this will not impact any live assistants, just the design tool).

Nice updates! Will this also improve the NLU model itself or just the view of it?

Just management for now! We have two projects coming in Jan that will improve the accuracy of the NLU model itself.
