KB is giving wrong inconsistent answers
I have provided website name and there is given Email address information there. but When I ask about what is your email, The the same answer is given. I have tried to change prompts. but no use. @W. Williams (SFT) . Can you please Help? it looks like there are bugs in Voiceflow recently. KB is working bad.

That is using just AI. Can you post a screenshot of your flow?

This is my workflow. But I am using the KB API step, so it is not giving any answer but I am connecting the capture block to the KB AI block, so it is giving the wrong answer. I don't understand where this answer is coming from.

I found the solution. I had created FAQ set in KB. and this was malfunctioning. Although the question was different but the answer came which was given in the FAQ set. I noticed that the FAQ set given answers are coming automatically in the other two examples, though the question was different. I have deleted All FAQs set and now it is working ok. This is confusing as to why it was malfunctioning.
