There used to be a "Google Sheets Integration block" that worked perfectly, reading and writing on your spreadsheets. Is this obsolete?

Yea that was deprecated a long time ago.
You can see if there is a function for this https://voiceflow.com/functions
Or use a tool like make or zapier to send/get info
