i need help to export mail id
Hi I have doubt in exporting transcript using Email, how does the transcript_ID will be dynamically changed from this template. Do I need to add any commands or change the flow to collect the Transcript_ID for each session for sending the transcript to users Email ?

Here. Add "" Before and after the variable name.
It's just my guess. Not sure if this would work. But I think you can access system variables using "" before and after the name. Atleast inbuilt "Memory" variable works this way
