Chatbot 'Appearance' not updating
I duplicated my bot and changed all the branding and images, but for some reason when I share a prototype it doesn't reflect the change?
When i publish it, it does change the branding but this isn't ideal for previewing with a client.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with the appearance of your chatbot not updating in the shared prototype, even though the changes are reflected when you publish it.
When you're customizing your prototype to align with your company branding, you can make changes such as adjusting the colors, adding a custom icon, and more from the 'Share' menu. These settings should be reflected in the shared prototype.
However, it's important to note that after making changes on the canvas, you need to hit the 'Run' button in the Voiceflow canvas to compile the diagram. Then, hit the 'Train Assistant' button in the Prototype tool to train the NLU model. These steps are necessary to update the 'development' version exposed by the DM API, which is what you're using when you're sharing a prototype for testing.
If you've followed these steps and the changes are still not reflected in the shared prototype, it might be a caching issue. Try clearing your browser cache or opening the shared link in an incognito window to see if the changes are reflected.

Can you confirm you're using the shared link from the updated agent?

Yes definitely using the new link, and it keeps all the old branding in the canvas as well even though it shows all the new images etc under ‘appearance’.

Ah got it - @Steve B. | IntelleSync.ai its because the production webchat and prototype tool are 2 dif systems
To modify the branding of the prototype system you can do that here
