If you're not satisfied with the preview results, you may find it necessary to adjust your data sources, tweak the AI model settings, or refine the information within your Knowledge Base to improve the accuracy and quality of the responses. Changes made in Preview are temporary and will not impact the Knowledge Base's overall settings. If you're satisfied with the preview results, you must manually update these preferences in the Knowledge Base Settings to apply them globally.
Secondly, when you're ready to preview your assistant, you press the grey 'play' button on the top right of your screen. This opens up a testing modal where you can interact with your full assistant and see what it would be like in Production.
Finally, once your assistant is ready, you can deploy it to production and add it to a channel. To deploy your assistant to production, you need to run a preview of the assistant, press 'Publish' on the top right, and create a Version.
