Is it even possible to build?

Hey, I build Customer Service Chatbots for Car Rental Companies, and I just had a discovery call with a prospect. This time it's not a typical car rental, and I need help to determine if it's even possible to build. There is a company that acts as a service provider/broker in the car rental industry. They have a few hundred individual car rentals from all over the world as clients. They have a website where all these clients appear. People can go there, select a location where they want to rent a car, and choose a date. All available cars from these multiple car rentals that meet the chosen options show up. Since there are hundreds of them, they have different rental requirements like a minimum age to rent and different service details such as mileage limits. So, is it possible to create a chatbot for that website that can differentiate which specific car rental the question is asked about? For example somehow seperate which knowledge base is triggered based on user actions on the website.
