So I have set a global No Match Response to be Generative when the chatbot doesnt know the answer but for some reason the chatbot keeps responding with " unable to find relevand answer" instead of an open AI response. Do you know what could be the reason?

The issue you're experiencing might be due to the configuration of your Generative Global No Match settings. This feature uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to generate responses when the user's question doesn't match any of your defined Intents or Knowledge Base content.

You can modify how answers are generated from AI using the following configurations:

Model: This is the model that will be used to create your prompt completion. Currently, we offer a selection of OpenAI models, each with its own strengths and weaknesses.
Temperature: This allows you to control how much variation your completion will have from the prompt. Higher temperature results in more variability in your responses, while lower temperatures result in responses that directly address the prompt.
Max Tokens: This sets the total number of tokens you want to use when completing your prompt. The max number of tokens available per response is 2048.
System: This is the instruction you can give to the LLM model to frame how it should behave. Here you can also define max. response length, personality, tone, and/or response language.

Please review these settings and adjust as necessary. If the issue persists, it might be due to the experimental nature of the Generative Global No Match feature. It's important to note that this feature is not recommended for serious production use cases due to its tendency to generate false information.

why no one from the support is answering but only the bot, this server is useless ...

Are you on a team or enterprise plan?
Also, not sure saying this server is useless will encourage community members to help you with your issue tbh.
