Edit Access on Assistant Chatbot Created
Hello,I am currently doing an internship for a small business, and they hired me to make a chatbot using VoiceFlow. My internship ends in March 2024. I am almost done completing the chatbot, but we have encountered a problem. My boss is on the Pro plan of Voiceflow. She is the Owner, and I have an Admin role. When I go to the "Assistants" section of VoiceFlow, that is where the chatbot I created is. My boss is not able to edit the chabot at all if she wants to, she can only make comments. I tried doing "Manage Access" and making my boss the Editor of the chatbot, and me just the viewer, but it won't let me do that. What can we do in this position? because after my internship ends my boss wants to be the editor, so she can edit and add any changes for the chatbot in the future. Will my boss finally be an editor if I "Remove" myself from the Assistant I created?

In Voiceflow, the roles and permissions are structured in a way that allows different levels of access to the workspace and its contents. As an Admin, you have the ability to edit everything in the workspace, including the chatbot you've created.
Your boss, as the Owner, should also have the same level of access as you do. This includes the ability to edit and publish all Workspace Assistants. If she is only able to make comments, it seems there might be a misunderstanding or misconfiguration.
You mentioned trying to manage access and make your boss the Editor of the chatbot. However, it's important to note that Owners are automatically counted as Workspace Editors. This means that your boss should already have the ability to edit the chatbot, without needing to be specifically assigned as an Editor.
If you remove yourself from the Assistant you created, it should not affect your boss's ability to edit the chatbot as she is the Owner of the workspace.
For more information, you can refer to the Voiceflow documentation on Roles and Permissions here.

on "Team & Billing" it says "2 Workspace Members, 2 of 1 Editor seats taken." when I go on the assistant I created and add my Boss as an editor as well it says "All your editor seats are in use. Purchase additional seats to grant edit access for this Assistant."
