Hey, i cant seem to find any info on how to capture information about the user such as email, name or phone. How could i do that, I’m trying to make the bot ask for the email, name and phone at the start of the conversation. Any tips?

hey there! you can do that easily using the capture step (Listen > Capture)
for example, if you want to capture a user's name: place a capture block, create the entity you want to capture (give it any name and select the NAME entity type) then select where you want to store that under it

So when have a capture response block and I have set a variable that the response get captured to. How can I have the information that gets saved within that variable extracted to let’s say google sheets
