Agentive x Voiceflow 400 Error

I am using agentive and voiceflow to deploy a customer support chatbot on a clients website. Yesterday it was working as intended, answering questions etc. However today I am having trouble with a constant 400 Error. It appears every time I ask I question. What could be the issue?
