Cient facing slowness while using chat. Chat becomes unresponsive after a while.
Hi I am based in Bangalore and I have a client in US. When I share the test link with the client, he is saying that the AI Chatbot is very slow. It is taking approximately 15 seconds to respond back and on another instances the chatbot gets hanged and is becoming unresponsive.
Is there a way to make it faster. Because when I test here in Bangalore things are working fine.. But the client is based in US / Costa Rica.
Is it possible to select data centers closer to US while developing apps, so that they are served faster.
