Generated Variables with Unwanted Synonyms
I am using the {name} entity and my website as a knowledge base. It recognizes my name, but then gives it back to me with weird synonyms...Pa for Paul, La for Lauren? How can I get it not to do that?

{name} entity. This could be due to the AI recognizing different variations of the same value. Here's how you can manage this:
1. Navigate to the Entities CMS interface in Voiceflow.
2. Find the {name} entity and click on it to open the entity details panel.
3. In this panel, you'll see a list of values that the entity can take, along with their synonyms.
4. Click on a value or synonym to edit or delete it. In your case, you might want to delete "Pa" as a synonym for "Paul" and "La" for "Lauren".
5. After making the necessary changes, make sure to save your updates.
Remember, entities should be designed as granular as needed for your application. For instance, having separate entities for "first name" and "last name" might be more beneficial than a single "name" entity. Also, it's important to regularly expand entities as you gather more data from user interactions, and include new phrases and terms that users naturally use.
Lastly, avoid overlapping entities to prevent confusion. Make sure that entities are distinct and don't capture information that could be better suited to another entity.
