Voice chat
I am not able to find the voice feature of the bot. I saw many tutorials of Bot building, but I can't get the option to drag and drop on my bot building interface.

- Designing Your Assistant: The design process involves adding, editing, and connecting steps/blocks on the canvas to create paths in your agent. For a Voice assistant, you should have access to voice-specific steps like 'Speak'.
If you've already created a Chat assistant but need voice functionalities, consider creating a new assistant and selecting 'Voice' during the setup process. Remember, the steps and blocks available on your canvas are directly related to the type of assistant you're working with.

If you're on Mac, quit the desktop app, delete the
Voiceflow directory in your Library/Application Support folder then launch the app again.
