Not able to add URL to Knowledge base!
It just keeps turning and then fails. Please help out

Remember, you can add various types of data sources to your Knowledge Base, including URLs, Plain text, Sitemaps, PDFs, and Docx files. Each source can have its refresh rate set to 'Never', 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly' to keep the information up-to-date.

Yea the add sources bug too for me
Can you share more details about the sources you're trying to upload? Like the type, size, etc..
