Knowledge Base Question

Hello everyone! I've uploaded some Excel documents (which I later converted into PDFs) to the VoiceFlow knowledge base section. However, it seems that the bot isn't grasping the information well and is giving messy responses to user queries. Can anyone recommend a more effective method for the bot to understand the data stored in local files?

VF isn't optimised for table based KBs but they are looking to improve this.

I'm also finding the knowledge base component a bit challenging. Even the simplest of qeustions, on a single URL, don't work. What am I doing wrong, @Tico | Voiceflow Assistant ? I watched now https://youtube.com/watch?v=iQJ9ecSwHxg&si=Gq4pWCVZatsOEDlb and realized that the scraper did not manage to scrape anything....I just uploaded a PDF print of the same page and it worked.
