If I integrate the bot to whatsupp and every time a client use it to ask questions, does the monthly token consumption in my account drop?

Yes, integrating your bot with WhatsApp and having clients use it to ask questions will result in a decrease in your monthly token consumption. Here's how it works:
- Voiceflow uses tokens as a form of currency for interactions with AI models. Each interaction, depending on its complexity and the AI model used, consumes a certain number of tokens.
- Your account is allocated a specific number of free tokens each month, based on your subscription plan. For example, the Starter Plan includes 100,000 tokens, while the Pro and Teams Plans offer significantly more.
- If your bot's interactions exceed your monthly token allocation, you have the option to purchase additional tokens at a rate of $5 per 1 million tokens. This option is available for users on paid plans (Pro, Teams, or Enterprise).
- The number of tokens consumed per interaction varies. For instance, a question and answer session using the Knowledge Base feature may consume between 800 to 1,500 tokens, while using the Response AI step with Memory could use between 150 to 2,000 tokens.
Keep in mind that more advanced AI models, such as GPT-4, consume more tokens than simpler models like GPT-3.5. Therefore, it's important to monitor your token usage, especially if you expect a high volume of interactions through WhatsApp.
