Question Buy Tokens
Hey. Hey. You can't buy tokens! It says internal server error. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with purchasing tokens. Here's a quick guide to help you troubleshoot:
- Additional tokens can only be purchased by paid customers on Pro, Teams, or Enterprise plans.
- To purchase tokens, hover over the AI icon in your Assistant's sidebar and click on the 'Purchase Tokens' button. Then, choose the number of tokens you'd like to purchase and confirm your purchase. Your new token balance should reflect shortly, usually within one minute.
- If you're on an Enterprise account, you'll need to contact your account representative to facilitate the purchase.
- Please ensure you're the admin of the workspace, as only admins can purchase tokens.
- After attempting a purchase, it might take up to one minute for the additional tokens to appear on your account. You may need to refresh your page to see the updated balance.
If you've followed these steps and still encounter issues, it might be a temporary server problem. Please try again after a short while.
