The bot is not work #api
I created a bot, copied the api key and pasted it into whatsapp, but it doesn't work there. Later, I wanted to try to run it in voiceglow, but even there, when adding the api key, the bot simply does not appear. What could be the reason? In voiceflow itself, it works.

If your bot is not working on WhatsApp or in Voiceglow after adding the API key, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and ensure everything is set up correctly:
- Ensure you have created a Voiceflow agent and your project is fully built on Voiceflow.
- Double-check that you have obtained the correct Dialog Manager API Key from the Integrations tab within your Voiceflow project.
- Make sure you have followed the correct steps for integrating your Voiceflow agent with WhatsApp, including deploying your agent and using the correct API key format.
- For Telegram integration, ensure you have created a bot with BotFather, obtained the Telegram token, and added it to your .env file correctly.
It's also important to verify that the API key is correctly copied and pasted without any leading or trailing spaces, and that the integration settings on both WhatsApp and Voiceglow are correctly configured to communicate with Voiceflow's Dialog API.
For detailed instructions on obtaining your Dialog Manager API Key and setting up integrations, you can refer to the following Voiceflow documentation:
- How to get your Dialog API key
- How to Telegram

I want to integrate the bot from voiceflow into whatsapp, I used flowbridge, but the bot did not work. I wanted to find out why and decided to check if the bot was working at all and integrated etl into voiceglow , but I saw that the bot was not working there either. I can't figure out what the reason is.
