I understand you're experiencing an issue where your Voiceflow Assistant is not displaying your personalized name when published on your website in a production environment. It seems like the assistant is still showing "Voiceflow Assistant" instead of the name you've set. Here are a few steps and considerations to ensure your assistant is correctly personalized and published: - Make sure you've named your assistant version correctly when publishing. Each time you publish, you have the option to name your new version, which should reflect in the production environment. - Publishing your assistant creates a production version that saves the state of your Assistant, allowing you to roll back to previous versions if needed. This process should not affect your drafts but will update the production version your users interact with. - If you're hosting the assistant on your own platform, ensure you've exported the assistant correctly using our in-app export or Project API. For hosting on Voiceflow, the publishing process should handle the update. - Remember, changes made on the design canvas are not automatically populated in production until you publish a new version. This ensures your live application remains stable until you decide to update it. - After publishing, give it a few seconds for the confirmation notification to appear, indicating your version has been successfully published. If after following these steps your issue persists, it might be related to how the assistant's name is configured within your project settings or during the export process. Review your project settings to ensure the personalized name is correctly set up. For more detailed guidance on publishing and versioning, you can refer to our documentation on publishing an assistant and production versioning.

Solved the bug a real one, by renaming in publish assistant settings the agent name it was correct but incorrect was in prod i changed it a little and new name appeared in prod. So you have real bug like caching old name.
