Cannot Clone Agent via Web UI

I have just cloned an agent 10 minutes ago and the clone was successful
Was not able to access the newly cloned agent, circular loading sign is on a infinite loop
Went on to duplicate/clone a new agent as I'm on a tight deadline
Now an error 'cannot clone agent' is appearing!
