Unable to find relevant answer

Does anyone have a solution for this? I noticed there are quite a few help questions around this, but no solution outside of adjusting settings (which I've done with several variations), evaluate source (some KB documents have multiple reference to the question, but still returns nothing), refine and iterate (this is an obvious one if we keep getting the same error) Any suggestions?. I'm stomped!

Previewing in the Knowledge base works when asking a questions while in the KB section, sometimes, but does not work when previewing/testing from the Canvas.

try using the KB API instead. This will allow you to bypass the AI Response / Set LLM Wrapper. 😉

@W. Williams (SFT) Thanks. Where do I find that? I've looked through the Knowledge base help page but didn't see anything about KB API. Mind you, I'm new again...Voiceflow has changed a lot since I first tried it back in 2019. @W. Williams (SFT) Okay. Thanks. I'm also going to assume that this is something that can be turned into a Component or Template to be reused in the future, correct? So, this is where I now know that I need a Developer to help me work on this. If anyone is interested in helping me on this Dental Clinic Assistant, maybe we could work something out. I'd rather learn from someone than spending 3-4days asking questions. Let me know.
