Is it possible to give feedback to the chatbot?

Hi everyone, Is there a way in Voiceflow to give the chatbot or assistant feedback on whether the answer given to the question was correct or not, so that the assistant learns and gives a better answer or the right answer the next time? Thanks and best regards, Marcel

Currently, Voiceflow does not directly support a built-in feature for users to give feedback on the chatbot's responses for the purpose of learning and improving future interactions. However, Voiceflow offers several tools and features that can help in iterating and enhancing the conversational experience based on user interactions: - Transcripts Tab: After user testing, Voiceflow stores individual conversations in the Transcripts tab. This allows designers to review user interactions and iterate on the conversational logic and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models. - Prototyping and Sharing: Voiceflow enables you to prototype your assistant and share it for both moderated and unmoderated testing. Gathering feedback from these tests can inform adjustments to improve the assistant. - Canvas Commenting: Team members can use the comment function on the canvas to give feedback on specific steps or elements of the assistant, facilitating collaboration and iteration. While these features facilitate the collection of feedback and improvement of the assistant, they do not automate the learning process for the assistant based on feedback. Adjustments based on user interactions and feedback need to be manually implemented by the design and development team. For more detailed information on these features, you can visit: - Running User Testing with a Shared Prototype - Learn more about transcripts and design iteration

Not to train it. You can provide answers to use, but not learning feedback. You need to tweak your KB to get better responses. We generally review our Q&As to see how the bot is doing and then iterate on the source data. You can however get feedback with the thumbs up / down using an extension.

All right, thank you very much for your quick reply, that definitely helps me 🙂 Can you kindly tell me how to get the extension for the thumbs up / down as that would be very helpful for me?
