Just a query for Tico. Can you provide me with more information about KB tags. The API documentation doesn't give much insight into what they are, how they are used etc.

This is useful for understanding the existing categorization within your project. - Creating and Managing Tags: You have the ability to create new KB tags, update their labels, attach them to documents, and delete them as needed.
