How to transfer Workspace Ownership?

I'm leaving my current company and need to transfer Workspace ownership to someone on the team. How do I go about this?

To transfer Workspace ownership in Voiceflow, you'll need to ensure that the new owner is already a member of the workspace. If they're not, you can invite them by navigating to the 'Teams & Billing' tab within your workspace or by clicking on 'Share' on the assistant-level canvas and selecting 'Invite Teammates'. This is only possible if you are an Owner or Admin of the workspace. Once the new owner is a member, you can then change their role to Owner, which will grant them full access and permissions. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Ensure the new owner is a member of the workspace. If not, invite them via the 'Teams & Billing' tab or the 'Share' option on the assistant-level canvas. 2. Access the Manage Collaborators menu by clicking on the '+' button next to the user icons in your workspace. 3. Use the dropdown next to the new owner's name to assign them the Owner role. Remember, you can only assign roles to members with equal or lesser access than your own, and as the current Owner, you have the highest level of access. For more detailed information on roles and permissions within a workspace, you can refer to the Voiceflow documentation on managing workspace and team members.

You can simply export your assistant and give it to another dev or you could change the email address on your account to the other dev's email.
