AI Response's "Not Found Path" not working
So, I am using an AI response step with the knowledge base as the source. I have toggled the "Not Found Path" button on but it's not triggering consistently. Sometimes, when the KB AI step can't find any relevant answer, it takes the "Not Found Path," and other times (mostly), it returns a "Sorry, I don't know the answer to that question."
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there any workaround for this?

It sounds like you're experiencing inconsistency with the "Not Found Path" in your AI response step when it fails to find a relevant answer from the knowledge base. This issue may stem from how the AI model processes queries and determines whether to trigger the "Not Found Path" or return a default "Unable to find relevant answer" message. Here are a few key points to consider:
- The "Not Found Path" is designed to be triggered when the AI step, set to use the Knowledge Base as its data source, doesn't find a matching answer.
- If the "Not Found Path" toggle is enabled and no answer is found, the user should be routed through the "Not found" path in your design.
- Conversely, if the toggle is disabled, the user will receive a default message indicating that no relevant answer could be found.
- The behavior you're experiencing might be influenced by the AI's interpretation of the query's relevance to the available knowledge base content or a potential misconfiguration.
To address this inconsistency, you might want to review and possibly refine the setup of your knowledge base, ensuring it's well-structured and comprehensive. Additionally, testing with a variety of queries can help identify patterns or specific types of queries that the AI struggles with, allowing for targeted adjustments.

I bet it is because of the memory.

Can you elaborate what do you mean by this?
Share a loom.com video of the issue happening with debug turned on and I'll have a look.

Sorry for the late response. don’t know if it matters now but I solved it. It was an issue with the system prompt itself
