Required intent doesn't seem to be working after submitting the answer to the question
I have recorded a video of the problem, would anyone be able to help? This better explains it. Its only a minute or 2.

@kontractchiller it's because it's a button
Instead you should do it in a way where the button leads to the capture block
so "Get quote" botton => capture name – "what is your name" and do the same for email
then when you have that information you can continue the flow
there are also some areas where you can use fine tuning to make sure it only gets the name
Could hop on a call and help you with this if you'd like

Sure that would be great if you can.

@W. Williams (SFT) or @NiKo | Voiceflow can you help on this one?
You need to use an action for the button here and add the entity to your get a quote intent utterances list.

Debugging the Get Quote Intent

Thanks for the explainer. I'm struggling a bit to understand why the name has to be in the utterances. Does that mean if someone types the name again but in a different context it will trigger the 'get a quote' intent? Anyway, I will give it a shot and see what happens. Thanks again.
It will depends on the scope of your intent (global or not).
