Intents mismatch occurring with names
Hi all! I've been having a strange case occur where my responses do not map to the correct intents, despite the fact that I don't see how or why this would occur as a result of the utterances I've inputted.
In the example screenshot I've attached, the voiceflow chatbot asks "who enjoys surfing?" and I've noticed that with names that start with s, the chatbot categorizes this as the "repeat" intent with a decently high confidence level. However, my "repeat" intent does not contain any utterances that would suggest why this phenomenon is happening. I've also noticed this same thing occur in similar cases -- (i.e. names that start with M are often categorized as a "no" intent, despite the fact that I have not put in any utterances to suggest this for the "no" intent).
I have already tried adding more utterances to the intents, but the names still match to the wrong intent. Any help or insights are appreciated!

solved: since voiceflow's latest update with LLM intent matching, this issue seems to be resolved now
