intent "none" overriding my 76% intent.
I have my intent threshold set to 60%, and the bot is finding one of my intents at 76%, but then it matches to
intent none 100%. I don't understand

I trained it a bunch more and now refund flow is at 97% but it is still picking
none

I am having the exact same issue
came on here to try and learn more about how to fix it. Tried lowering intent threshold to address it
They just made a rollback, you may check your flows now
I lowered intent threshold to 0 lol, but it didn't change. I'm pretty certain this wasn't an issue like a week ago
