Knowledge Base Can't Preview PDF
I successfully uploaded a PDF, but the knowledge base can't recognize it. I have deleted and readded it. I have renamed it. I have tried uploading it as .txt and a .docx.
I have other PDFs on the same knowledge base that work just fine. Not sure what else to try
