Importing Assistant to Another Account

I have create an assistant in my personal account. I want to copy this designer to another account with Pro plan. I have tried download the .vf file but fail to import it into the Pro plan account. I have also tried the copy clone link but can't find anywhere to paste the clone link.

Please help, thanks.
