Not able to import Assistant to client site.
I am getting below error message while importing the AI Assistant to the client server. {"statusCode":500,"message":"Internal server error"}
II need some help urgently guys.
WHow are you importing this assistant?
WAre you exporting the .json file and then importing it into the clients account?
I@W. Williams (SFT) i am trying the same normal flow, click on the download button and download the .vf file then import the file in the client voiceflow account.
Iam i doing something wrong?
IWhile importing the assistant. I am clicking the import button and there i am getting ".VF file failed to import" and when i checked the developer console i got above error.
Iit worked after i copy past the clone link. but not sure why it didnt worked through import
