Rescan Sitemap, not contained URLs
Is it possible to rescan all URLs contained in a sitemap, not the URls itself? For example, when an URL is added to the sitemap (new Article) i would have to add it manually, correct? But if i add the sitemap ( and it will be rescanned weekly ) the new URL shold be found automaticly, right?

Yes, you're correct. If you've added the sitemap as a data source in Voiceflow's Knowledge Base, it will automatically scan all the URLs contained within the sitemap. When a new URL (like a new article) is added to the sitemap, you won't need to add it manually.
Voiceflow provides a feature to set a refresh rate for each data source. This means you can choose how often Voiceflow rescans the sitemap. The options include 'Never', 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly'. If you set it to 'Weekly', for example, Voiceflow will automatically rescan the sitemap every week and any new URLs added to the sitemap will be included.
To set the refresh rate, you need to select the data source (in this case, the sitemap), then select the refresh link in the column of the data source. In the dropdown menu, you can select your preferred frequency based on how often the information on the source website is updated. Once you’ve selected the frequency, the system will automatically update and save your preference.
Please note that the Refresh feature is only available on paid plans. If you're using a free plan, you might need to manually re-sync the data source to update the information.
Remember, any dynamically-loaded text, table data, or image content will not be used within your response. Any content behind an authentication wall will not be accessible. So, ensure that the new URLs added to the sitemap do not fall into these categories for the information to be effectively used in your Voiceflow project.
