In Voiceflow, the "Name" data type is not directly available when creating a new entity. However, you can create a custom entity to capture the user's name. Here's how you can do it: 1. Click on the 'New entity' button located in the upper right area of the screen within the Entities CMS interface. 2. A dialog box will appear prompting you to define the new entity. 3. Enter a name for the entity in the 'Name' field. You can name it "user_name" or something similar that represents the kind of information the entity will hold. 4. Choose 'Custom' from the 'Data type' drop-down menu. This allows you to define a unique data type that isn't predefined in the system. 5. Under 'Values', enter possible values that the entity can take. For a name entity, you might not know all the possible values, and that's okay. You can leave this blank or add common names as values. 6. Once completed, click 'Create entity' to save the new entity to your CMS. Remember, the entity you've created will only be as good as the training it receives. So, make sure to use this entity in various intents and provide ample training phrases for the AI to learn from. This way, the AI will get better at recognizing and capturing user names over time.

Are you using 'english' for the agent language? Pre built entities types are not available on all languages.
