Cannot "Train Assistant"

* Objective: Train my assistant after making changes * Issue: the "Train Assistant" button is greyed out and cannot be clicked * Solutions that I already tried: refresh page, log in from different browsers/laptops Appreciate any support you can provide!

The "Train Assistant" button in Voiceflow typically becomes greyed out after you've successfully trained your assistant. This indicates that your assistant is now using the highest-fidelity testing for your assistant. However, if you've made changes to your assistant and the button is still greyed out, it might be due to a few reasons. Firstly, ensure that you've made changes that would require retraining. If you edit the overall dialogue model or Model Manager (addition/change/deletion of sample utterances, addition/change/deletion of slots/entities, etc.), you will need to "Train Assistant" again. If you've made such changes and the button is still greyed out, it could be a temporary issue with the platform. In such cases, logging out and logging back in, or clearing your browser cache, might help. Also, make sure you're using a supported browser. Voiceflow works best on Google Chrome, so if you're using a different browser, try switching to Chrome and see if the issue persists.
