Once you've downloaded your transcripts from Voiceflow, they are typically saved in the default download location set by your web browser. Here's how you can find your downloaded transcripts:
1. Export the transcript: In Voiceflow, go to the Conversations (Transcripts) list. Next to the transcript title, click on the 'Export' option. This will download a CSV file of the transcript.
2. Locate the file on your computer: The downloaded CSV file will be saved in your browser's default download location. If you're unsure where this is, you can check your browser's settings.
- For Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right corner, go to 'Downloads', and you'll see the location of your downloaded files.
- For Firefox, click on the menu button, select 'Options', then 'General'. Under 'Downloads', you'll see the location of your downloaded files.
- For Safari, click on 'Safari' in the top left corner, select 'Preferences', then 'General'. You'll see the location of your downloaded files under 'File download location'.
Remember, the file will likely be named with the title of the transcript or a series of numbers and letters, and it will be a CSV file. You can open this file with any program that reads CSV files, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, for further analysis.
