Can't import in knowledge base

I suddenly can't import anything in the knowledge base. It changes sometimes I can put something in and then the other moment the same thing won't import. I spoke with someone who has the same issue since 2 days. I need to deliver a bot quickly. How can I fix this or will it be dealt with? Thanks in advance.
