How do I add a source link to a response in Voiceflow?
I need to include a link to source data from the knowledge base. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

To add a source link to a response in Voiceflow, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base Tab:
- Go to the Content section within the Knowledge Base tab on your dashboard.
2. Add Data Source:
- Click the 'Add Data Source' button.
- Select the type of data source that aligns with your requirements. Options include URLs, Plain Text, Sitemaps, PDFs, Docx, and various other data formats.
3. Set Refresh Rate:
- After selecting the desired data source, choose the refresh rate (Never, Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to keep the information up-to-date.
4. Configure Knowledge Base Settings:
- Use the KB Settings modal to adjust settings such as Model, Temperature, Max Tokens, Instructions, System, and Chunk Limit to tailor the generation of responses to your specific needs.
5. Add Hyperlinks in Text Markup:
- To add a hyperlink within a text response, use the Text Markup Editor.
- Select the text you want to hyperlink, then click the link icon or use the shortcut CMD/CTRL + K.
- Input the link and press enter.
