A follow-up about tokens not resetting

Hello again, I waited till the 20th day of this month to see if my tokens will now be resetting but alas it is not πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» .

Tokens in Voiceflow are allocated based on your subscription plan and reset at the beginning of each month. Here are the details: - Starter Plan: 100,000 tokens - Pro Plan: 2,000,000 tokens - Teams Plan: 10,000,000 tokens - Enterprise Plan: Custom quota If you have purchased additional tokens, they are added to your monthly quota and do not expire or reset. For example, if you are on the Pro Plan and have used 500,000 of your 2,000,000 monthly tokens, and then purchase an additional 1,000,000 tokens, your token meter will show 500,000 / 3,000,000 used. On the 1st of the next month, your quota will reset to display the free amount plus any remaining purchased tokens. If your tokens are not resetting as expected, please ensure you are checking after the monthly reset date, which is typically the 1st of each month. If the issue persists, it might be related to your specific account settings or plan details.

I had be the same problem. Contact vf support. They will either reset for you or advise you to delete your account and create a new one. I opted to get them to reset monthly although this does mean you have to contact them on each occasion.
