Can't upload any data sources

I'm getting an error notifiction every time I try to upload a .txt file. It's 0.01mb so I should be able to upload it but I keep getting a notification saying I need to upgrade my plan because I don't have space. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

If you're encountering an error notification when trying to upload a .txt file that is 0.01mb, and the notification indicates that you need to upgrade your plan due to lack of space, it is likely related to the limitations of your current plan. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue: 1. File Size Limit: Ensure that the file size is indeed within the allowed limit. While 0.01mb is well within the 10mb limit for individual files, the cumulative size of all uploaded files might be causing the issue. 2. Manage Existing Data Sources: If you have other data sources already uploaded, consider removing some to free up space. Navigate to the Knowledge Base and manage your data sources by deleting any that are no longer needed. 3. Refresh and Re-sync: Sometimes, refreshing or re-syncing your data sources can help resolve issues. Use the Re-sync feature to manually update your data sources and see if that resolves the problem. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be a glitch. In that case, you may need to wait for a system update or check for any known issues on the Voiceflow status page.
