My chatbot doesn´t work in the Instagram direct messenger, but appears in the VoiceFlow Transcripts
My chatbot doesn´t work in the Instagram direct messenger, but when I go to the Voiceflow transcripts, I can see the chatbot conversation. Someone can help me please? 😢

Now, the trigger is working in the instagram chat, but the buttons aren´t appearing. 😥

Are you on Instagram web? If so, it's a limitation on the Meta side.. For some stupid reason, Meta never implemented buttons on the instagram web client, so in their documentation it states, buttons can only be used on the mobile client 😅 :eyesintensify:

regarding Meta's button limitations (3 buttons), is that only for testing or for production as well?

For production too but we’re looking at a workaround through list buttons which support more
