Component multiple output options not displaying

I am trying to drag and drop a component with multiple output options to my main flow, but there is only one output displayed, is that normal? The left part of the screenshot is the contents of the actual component, the right block is the component in use.

It sounds like you are encountering an issue with the display of multiple output options for a component in your main flow. Here are a few things to check and consider: 1. Component Structure: Ensure that your component is correctly structured with multiple output paths. Each path should be clearly defined within the component itself. 2. Component Usage: When you drag and drop the component onto your main flow, it should retain its multiple output options. If only one output is displayed, it might be due to an issue with how the component was created or how it is being integrated into the main flow. 3. Component Creation: To create a component, press 'Shift' and drag your mouse over the blocks you want to condense into a component, then click the "Create Component" button at the top of your header. Alternatively, you can drag a component step onto the canvas and press "Create" in the step editor. 4. Editing Components: If you need to edit the component, click on the component in the component library or click on the edit icon in any of the component instances. Ensure that all intended output paths are correctly set up within the component. 5. Component Library: After creating the component, it should be accessible from the components library. You can drag it out from there or look for the component step in the 'Logic' set of steps on the canvas sidebar. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be a specific bug or a more complex problem that requires further investigation. I did everything like described, it should be a bug.

Yes. A Component is like a sub flow. You chat will pop into the Component and then pop back out. Pretty cool 🙂

It is cool if you only have one output. If you need more than one output in a Component, you can not use it.

I have some with multi outputs. No issues.

Very interesting that multiple outputs work for some and do not work for others. Can someone from Voiceflow help me please?

Can you screenshot the test that shows that button step? Also where you are calling it from.

The first image is the component itself, the second image is the workflow, the component drag and dropped from the left to the bottom, marked with red. You can see that the component has two "open" outputs for yes and no, but once I dropped it into the flow, it only has one output. The middle of the flow has the blocks incorporated as they should work.
