Error message when downloading this template
Hi. I've signed up to Pro and getting an error message when trying to download this template: https://www.voiceflow.com/marketplace/complete-support-chatbot The errpors i get is 'not able to retrive assistant information' and 'unable to access assistant'. Can anyone assist please. Thanks
