Can anyone point me in the right direction for setting up intents?
No matter what I type in the preview, it does not classify to any intent. Even when I copy-paste exact utterances used when setting them up it still returns "None". Changing the intent classification settings has no effect. It's almost like my intents are not being used at all. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! Have you used these intents within any of your workflows (either by placing in a Trigger Step or Choice step, etc)? Unless they are currently being used (and trained) with your workflows in some sense, then you can't preview with them.

It happen to me today as well, but yesterday it was working fine. Maybe is a voiceflow issue after the update?

How many examples did you use?
