No Answer From The KB...
To my surprise, my flow stopped answering questions.
I already did all the annoying things like deleting cookies, refreshing, etc.
Nothing seems to please this thing.
Don't know what else to do.
It's getting a very frustrating experience with VF already.
No support, no nothing.

The Voiceflow Knowledge Base (KB) functions in the following way:
1. Document Uploads: When you upload a document, it is turned into 'chunks' of text. These chunks are used to generate responses.
2. KB Functionality:
- When a question is sent to the KB, it determines which chunks are most similar to the question.
- The system then combines those chunks, the question, custom instructions, and system prompts into a structured wrapper prompt.
- This package is sent to the AI model, which returns an answer.
3. Instructions and Prompts: The instructions and system prompts provided are combined into a structured wrapper prompt. This prompt is constantly improving and plays a crucial role in generating the response.
4. Clear Browser Cache: If you're experiencing issues with loading Voiceflow, you can try hard refreshing your browser and clearing your browser’s cookies and cache. This can sometimes resolve issues.
