how to make a professional Appointment setter chatbot on voiceflow
Hey everyone, I’m trying to make Appointment setter chatbot for a clinic, which will be booking appointments and checking availability of the doctors, a chatbot can simply suggest a doctor by listening diagnostics, and can answer some basic questions about the clinic and etc.
Can anyone help me how can I create that? How can I build a conversational flow? User friendly interface and more flexibility…

Hey @Sahal Duri, Seems like perhaps you need to cover the basics first, then you can start build more advanced features. Try and build a simple FAQ chatbot with a knowledge base and see how you get on with that.

how long do you have to do this?
some API features would be good if you know some basic python
google calendar api maybe
but if you don't know python there's probably some apps that allow you to connect them
OK, are you familiar with using APIs?

alright based on what he said above the scope would be pretty easy for someone like me and @Steve B. | IntelleSync.ai but some APIs would be killer for it

Either i can learn and if so from where it will help me alot or can you suggest me any other way?
I just want to be a capable of making prototype or at least delivering some small projects and then so i can hire a cto or developer to work on backend so i can focus on making content on youtube and generating leads this is what i think and tell me what you’ve talking about scope
