IA customer accounts: opened with the customer or on my account?

Hello! I wonder what you prefer to do when you have a new customer: Do you open an account for them in their name? Or do you install their automation on your account? Thank you!

When dealing with customer accounts in Voiceflow, it's important to manage sessions and interactions correctly. Here's a breakdown of how you can handle this: 1. Customer-specific Sessions: - Each customer should have their own session. For example, if customer A interacts with your Voiceflow project, their session would be identified by /state/user/customerA/interact. Similarly, customer B would have their session identified by /state/user/customerB/interact. - This ensures that each customer's interactions are tracked separately and do not interfere with each other. 2. Managing Conversations: - When customer A gives a response, such as "I would like a large pizza," it will advance their specific conversation session. The app might then ask what toppings customer A wants. - Meanwhile, customer B's session remains unchanged and might be waiting for customer B to give their order. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that each customer has a smooth and personalized experience with your Voiceflow project. Ok but for each new customer, what is the best to do? Open a new Voiceflow account with new customer's ID and password (his own account) OR a session for him on my own account? Please an answer? Maybe a human?

I would put them all in the same account. I'm not an agency person, but it seems like the best way to keep your accounts organized. You can also split them out super easily in the future if you want.

Usually what I would do is do it on my own account and just have them pay me might sound paranoid but if you give them full control they could just stop paying you and you wouldn't be able to do anything

👆 exactly on the paying part. Of course you could just have it under your own sub email account.
