How many ongoing conversations per agent on Pro plan?

I understand that I can have 20 agents on the pro plan - but how many concurrent / ongoing conversations can an agent have at a time on the Pro plan?

But I'm not using any LLM features So if I'm not using AI / LLM features and I'm not using KB, how many concurrent conversations can I have per agent?

you can have more than 20 assistants and unlimited.
